Woot, my first proof Washington 25c upgrade!

1961 Proof Washington Quarter PR69 CAM

I'm going from a PR69 non-cam. I'm happy with the price-- the same seller just sold one BIN a few days earlier for $200! It also looks leaps above the other one offered by Superior..

Superior coin, same grade.

    I say if you are happy with the coin you got a great deal. I have seen many of these ultra high grade cameos go through the roof. Good work on the upgrade.

    Actually, you didn't do that bad. Maybe $20 high or so.

    1961 Cameo Washington's are a good find especially when you locate one with PR69 surfaces.

    I can deal with somewhat stiffed 'cause I'm impatient. image I was just afraid I was bidding on a $30 coin.. I don't have a lotta experience with cameos, other than that PR68CAM '64 Kennedy that Laura sold me. (I also paid on the high side for that!)

    I normally track dcams for this date, but I would be a buyer in the $80 range.
