Does anyone know when the other volumes of the Renaissance of American Coinage books will be publish

I have the 1916-1921 book (which I think is Volume 3), and it is great (I have not finished it yet). I understand that they decided to issue this volume first, and then the others will follow. It looks like the other volumes are completed already, because there are footnotes in my book that refers to the other volumes. Does anyone know when the other volumes will be released?

In the front-page article in the 11/28/05 issue of Coin World, Roger Burdette says that the the 1905-1908 volume "will" be printed in January 2006 and ready for distribution in February and the 1909 to 1915 volume "may" be ready by the end of 2006.

I haven't seen any advertisements for the 1905-1908 volume, so I presume it's a bit late.

Mr. Burdette posts across the street, so you could ask him directly.

Thanks DaveG. I don't post across the street, but if someone here wouldn't mind asking the question, I would appreciate it. Or does anyone have an email address for Mr. Burdette?
