can someone explain this???

This is #33 from the morgan date registry set - Morgan Date

33 Sacto 64.26 100% 61.96

It is a 100% complete collection but the set rating is lower than the weighted GPA. I thought once you were at 100% complete, these numbers should match.

#21 is like that as well but not as dramatic. (You can't view either one of those sets)

    The only thing I can think of is when you send a holdered coin in for possible upgrade or for Morgans
    maybe variety review they crack it out and reholder it with a new cert. #. Till you enter the new cert.
    # in the set that coin shows up as no grade.

    Its happened to me several times. In theory you are correct, but since PCGS has been certifying VAMs it happens (temporarily) quite a bit. A member sends a set coin in for VAM attribution, and the coin number changes. Sometimes the software doesn't recognize the new coin number, and gives the coin zero weight in the calculation, even though it keeps the % complete the same. But once PCGS makes the new coin number acceptable, the score goes back to where it should be.
