Wow ledsters! Can you give me some lottery number guesses?
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
I was tracking all those guesses on a spreadsheet. Some of them had very little chance of winning. ledsters had about a $10 spread to win on his guess. Some guesses were down to only a couple dollar spread. I had about a $30 spread to win. Looks like the person with the worst chance of winning was Pittfan. He only had a $2 window to win by. Here's a list of the bids in case anyone is interested:
I was just proud that my guess was in the $4,800's.

I should have bid $5791.35 (my guess price) to win the 100 bucks!! I know that would have made you quite happy. The high bidder got a great deal, those are some really nice 64's!

keeping my ears open for oddball cards of Rose from the 60's and 70's.
Good Luck!
Best of luck getting the top dollar.

<< <i>I am winning so far and I guessed three days ago. Not very fair that some are placing their guess four hours before close.
Best of luck getting the top dollar.

Yes - the "rules" certainly weren't very clear. I think in all fairness we should each get $100 for participating.

Not really that impressive - he was off by a full 87 cents
Actually, I think a good price was received for the set, especially with the Mantle being close to OC in my opinion.
