Topps company return retail packs

Thinking about buying some lots of Topps Heritage retail packs from 2003. They are return packs from Topps, which was explained to me as being packs that were not able to be sold in retail stores and returned to Topps, and then purchased by a distributor. Has anyone had experience with buying wax in this way?
Trying to complete:
2000 Bowman Chrome
2002 Topps Heritage NAP
2003 Topps Heritage chrome and seat relics
2006 Topps Heritage refractors and relics
2007 Topps Heritage refractors and relics
2008 Topps Heritage refractors and relics
2006 Topps Heritage and Topps Chrome football

If they are sealed boxes okay but loose packs get felt up by losers who enjoy feeling up card packs more than girls (and they cherry pick all the good cards at the same time).

stay away from loose packs. If you can get them really really cheap, it might be ok.
Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!
