Lincoln Cent error finds........opinions on these......

I found the 1967 in circulation and the 1945 in my father's Lincoln cent tin. Is the 1945 a struck through error? Thanks in advance.

The 1967 was struck from rotated dies. Is this within mint toleration?

    I'd probably call the 45 a lamination.

I don't know what the tolerance for die rotation is, but the 20 degrees that your coin appears to have would not likely be of value.

    1) doesnt seem worth the bother

    2) lamination, because it appears the design still flows thru
the affected area...I could be wrong, but if it were a strike thru,
    area should be flat???

I knew they weren't worth much but I thought they were neat finds for me. Thanks for your opinions guys.

On the 1945, the design is still intact. Their also kind of beat up.
