84 Topps centering ?

How do you tell if an 84 Topps is centered ? Where do you measure from ??

    You can eyeball them at the bottom left, as comparing the bottom side and the left side will generally work (unless it is off both t/b and l/r)
    Alternatively, you can measure:
    t/b:Top border of pic, bottom border of boxed pic
    l/r: Right border of pic, left border of boxed pic

    Bottom left corner. Make sure all sides are equal. I've had pretty fair succes with this issue. Here's one I have listed now:
