From the Mint website...

Shipping of the Benjamin Franklin Commemorative Coin products is expected to begin April 3, 2006 and continue for 6-8 weeks. Orders that include an individual coin option as well as the Benjamin Franklin Coin & Chronicles Set may be shipped separately, if necessary. We expect to begin shipping the Coin & Chronicles Set in early-to-mid May 2006. Customers whose credit card has expired, or will expire by the end of May 2006, must call 1-800-USA-MINT to update this information.

all of my orders have shipment dates of either 4/30 or 5/22. No mention of APRIL 3rd???

It states the shipment info on the home page of the us mint catalog not under your personal shipping info under yout personal account

Isn't anyone listening to my reply... the shipment info is on the us mint catalog home page, not under your personal order number. There is also another thread that explains all this... you can link be clicking on 1st reply to this post above.
