Turn around time help...

I have a REGULAR submission in at PCGS. It was entered in their system on March 7. Im unsure about the blackouts since then. Can anyone tell me if this submission is late. It seems like the 15 day guaranty is up. If it is late will PCGS automatically send me grading vouchers or do I have to complain first? Please help.
