1969 Fleer 3D Plastic Baseball Trophy

Thought I would post something I got a while back. It's a full box of Fleer 3D Plastic Team Cap cards. There are 24 packs
in the box. All the packs are sealed except for one which is opened just where the seal is so I can pull out one of the cards
with the backing to show what it looks like. I posted the links to the pictures here, since when I took the pics they were
400k each, I scaled them down to around 100-150k, but think the limit on here is 50k. They are listed in the Sports Collectors
Digest, that really big book. I would posted what was written in there, but I don't have access to my book right now.

    1969 Fleer Cap Plaques

This set of novelty plaques features 3D impressions of each team's cap on thin plastic stock in a 3" x 4" format. Each cap plaque was sold in a wrapper with an easel backing board, surviving specimens of which are quite scarce.

Nobody I know has ever seen an Expos plaque. If you see one, let me know.

Congrats on getting the rest of them. image

My experience is the same as Bob's on the Expos cap plaque. Prewar---how many different ones do you have and can you list them ? Why is it that you think you have the backing to the Expos cap---does it have some reference on it ? I think I have them all, but there are two on my keep a look out for list ( sort of like the 62 Sievers stamp variation). Can not remember the other, but will check tonight. Do you have a checklist ?

I checked and have 23 of these:

    Atlanta
    Baltimore
    Boston
    California
    Cleveland
    Cincinnati
    Chicago WS
    Chicago Cs
    Detroit
    Houston
    KC
    Oakland
    LA Dodgers
    Minn
    NYM
    NYY
    Pitts
    Phils
    StL
    SF
    SD
    Seattle
    Wash

Anyone have another one for 24 ?

Mike Mosier at Columbia City Collectibles, who deals in this odd bal stuff, says he has never seen an Expos ( or a 62 Topps Sievers stamp variation....but I digress)

Yup. I assume that's what's in that little package over there. image
