1823 coin or token?

Found this coin in a roll of pennies. The reverse looks like it is Spanish. "LA PROVINCIA DE NUEVA VIZ'CAYA 1823". The PR of provincia is damaged and the D of de is damaged. The obverse has a crown and crest with a D to the upper left. Anyone got any clues????

WHAT WOULD YOU GRADE IT FROM THE PICTURES?

I would say XF and 50.00. Less if its not holdered. I edited my original post because I thought your coin was an 1822 ich are much higher in price, even in the lower grades. I dont like whatever is on the reverse of the coin. I might soak it in extra virgin olive oil for a couple of weeks. Then soak in denatured alcohol and let air dry. Nice circulation find indeed.

That one would grade VF at best in my opinion.

Is that a hint of verdigis inside the crown, or is just the way the picture shows up on my screen?
