$1 Gold CCGS grade???

HI All
Just wanted to ask what do you all think of this grade co. im looking at a 1853 $1 gold they are saying it's a ms63 i can't see a close up of it but at worse case ccgs ms63 is about a pcgs ??? ms60 maybe?

    Au is about $200 in the coin market paper don't say about cleaned so about -20% for a cleaned coin of that grade ???

    Isn't $1 gold the most counterfeited coin type?

    I don't like the chances of this particular piece being authentic, let alone Mint State.
    When in doubt, don't.
