Ima Winna, 20-S Buff... grade?

I've been looking for a decent 20-S buff for about four months. Man, is it ever hard to find one of these suckers that isnt mushy. Even the AU examples I've found seem to be struck with rubber dies. Any opinions on the grade? Seller's pic:

If the horn is full and sharp (can't tell), XF. If the horn is full but not sharp, still XF. If you have 31/32 of a horn (obviously not sharp!)...still XF.

That's an AU coin graded on overall wear if there is a trace of mint luster present.

You did well to find a reverse struck up that good.........

20-S is just......well.........TERRIBLE

its an xf40 but its also a pq coin that cant be bought for xf dollars, very very nice example

It looks AU to me also.

You are right, this coin is tough to find fully struck!
