    Assuming it doesn't BB, I'd say MS63.

The pic really makes that spot look alot worse than it does inhand... The thing about being able to take nice pics... All the flaws just come screaming out at you...

To us this looks like a zit on a 17 yeard olds forehead before prom lol

Bagged for cleaning if the color is accurate because this has the typical light pinkish-salmon look that copper takes on after being cleaned or dipped. The spot doesn't bother me at all.

I also think BB for color. The spots are somewhat distracting and not sure how PCGS will react to them. Wish you luck though. I've had my share of BB's.

Forget the grade the coin will bag for altered surfaces/color.

Man, I'm with everyone else. Even if the coin hasn't been cleaned, do you think PCGS is going to grade it with the chance those obverse spots don't continue to grow in the holder..........hence the guarantee (and bucks out of their pocket) ??????????...........Rick

Bingo. That was my first thought as well, except that the spots are bothering me quite a bit although they are secondary to the dipped coloration.
  • Body Bag. Might be a cyanide baby. I have one out of the same roll without the spots, if you want it.image

Here is a pic of a true "Red" 1835 C1.
