None yet but I'm new here and I'm sure that will change as I get to know other forum members. My interest is mainly the older commem's but I also like some of the newer ones. If anyone wants to sell any early commem's I'm always interested. So far I've gotten most all my coins from E-bay and some were excellent deals... one was an AU possible MS Lafayette for $200. A 1935/34 S Boone (MS-63 probably) raw for a little over $100. My best deal was a Isabella Quarter that members and dealers of local coin club think will go MS64 for $400. I've been learning a lot from reading and responding to all the posts here.
Certainly a decent number of coins including this very pretty Washington Draped Bust silver restrike Breen 1195, Baker 3. Engrailed Edge. PCGS PR63 OGH.
I just got it through ColonialCoinUnion. It is much prettier than the picture shows.
Quite scarce in silver, this issue is considered rarity-5 with between 50 and 100 struck in total. A very pretty coin, with original somewhat subdued silver color and lovely peripheral blue, green and gold color along the rims on both the obverse and reverse. Some underlying hairlines explain the grade, though they are well concealed by the toning.
I have added 3 of the hard to find Circulated Commemoratives plus several holed commemoratives for my registry set and collection. This forum widens the base for both sellers and buyers of harder to find or unusual items. Everything has it's own nitch here.
