My guess is counterfeit. It has a porous, crude look to my eyes. Also, if you look at the T's in "STATES", the tops are different widths. That's not good...

Yes I vote Fake

Look at the word STATES on reverse it is streched. Too much detail is missing overall. Stars don't look right.
