Check out this idiot selling a PSA 10 Pujols

Moron

Claims he just bought the card and is looking to flip it...but it's funny how a reputable seller is currently selling THE EXACT SAME CARD. Some people are just plain dumb. I guess in the case of a potential scammer though, that's a good thing for us good guys.

When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

    Uh-oh!!

When you say some people are just plain dumb, I think I may fall in to that category.

It's great you see another seller selling the exact same card, but how would a novice like me know?

I'd be scared off by the low feedback, but I usually feel safe paying through paypal, especially with a credit card. Would I not get my money back here?? More important, if I didn't know another seller was selling the same card, what gives this auction away as a fake??

I've been on eBay for 6 years and fortunately have not been burned, but this auction wouldn't stand out because of the paypal, so what else gives it away?? (if I didn't know another seller had the same card)

Don't lump me in with the "dumb", I'm still learning. Tell me more.

What would usually make them stand out is that after ebay cancels the listing (b/c someone shows them the scan from the other auction) you'd get an offer from the seller to buy it off ebay.

Also, I think the 'dumb' comment was referencing the seller.

Yes, I was referencing the fake seller when I said some people are dumb.

I knew I had seen the scan before, which is what made me do very little investigating to find out that it had indeed been lifted. But if I didn't recognice the scan, the fact that it's a pretty bad one, combined with the low feedback and 3-day auction, would have scared me off.
