OT-Just got my ninth negative

We were talking about this a few days ago in Syracusian's thread. I just got my first neg in over a year because I charged this clown $3.50 to ship a crown to the UK, as stated plainly in my auction description. In looking at his feedback, I see he has had the same problem with several other vendors. In case anyone wants to add him to the blocked bidders list, his eBay ID is "srf001". image

PS I do have 14,700+ positives to balance out the nine negs, but it still gets my attentionimage

Some people are just ass clowns and are too stupid to breathe. "Hey genius! If ya don't like the shipping charges, don't bid or buy!" There, it's simple.

Anyone who bids or buys and complains about shipping charges that were clearly stated in the auction listing should be euthanized. Preservation of the gene pool.

(75%+ of my 1,700+ positives have been as a buyer, but I must admit that as a group we buyers are idiots).

He must be a jerk - I can't imagine anyone giving you a negative!!
I wish a positive could erase a negativeimage

Just keep on doing what you are doing and know that many collectors consider you one of the "good guys".

Since we have been exchanging emails, I quoted some of your responses (withought mentioning any names or IDs) and this is the response I just got back image

Hey Yanker (i.e. Yank plus wanker), I really don't give a toss what a few (usually greedy basta*d Americans) say because they are the unethical cheats who are at fault and I am in the right. I believe in fairness and decency and you and your friends do not. It is not very clever to try to bump up the final bid price by overcharging on "postage" as most people will not buy from you again so you only make a small short-term gain whereas , if you are honest and decent people will trust and respect you. I cannot think tht many people trust or respect a dirty piece of filth such as yourself. If I wish to bid on any of the supposedly blocked sellers' items I just use another name and another e.mailaddress, no problem but I would normally avoid such cretins anyway as I do not wish to be "ripped off" by them. Now I really must demonstrate the British superiority over our colonial cousins and cease to retaliate so, when you reply to this with your childish rubbish, I shall endeavour to ignore it and let little Yankee Doodle F***er have the last word.

His childishness is astounding. His colonial "superiority" attitude is worse than American's who can't stop bringing up our aid to the Brits in WWII.

<< <i>Obviously he can't play well with others. Should not be allowed to breed. >>

imageimage One of the funnier feedbacks I've seen in a long time (well, other than the guy who accused me of being prompt and ~gasp~ organized). I don't understand why morons like your buyer can't understand there's more to shipping and handling than just shipping! Dumb Dumb Dumb. Not to mention, a person of normal intelligence will look at what the s&h charges are and modify their bid accordingly. Really shouldn't breed. You are correct.

It's a .wav file of a clip from "A Fish Called Wanda" where Otto shouts, "If it wasn't for us, you'd all be speaking German!" before he proceeds to goosestep down the stairs shouting "Deutschland, Deutschland, Uber alles....."

That was such a great movie. I believe I'll be reserving it at the Library in a few minutes now.....

I was tempted to comment at first, then I let it go, but after reading this.... , another anonymous geek hiding behind the net's anonymity, tell him that we'll all vote for him when he decides to enter the political arena. image

$3.50 from the US to the UK, clearly stated in advance and he has a problem? As in exactly how much was he expecting the shipping costs to be?Maybe I should recommend him that auction house who recently charged me $24 for a $200 coin? image

Now I'm tempted to neg him too, but I need to sell him something first. image

    edit: Josh, GREAT movie. image

Can't a complaint be made to eBay to have the neg removed or responded to if it's proven the S&H were clearly stated in the auction all along, and this guy's just a blithering idiot?image

What a mellon-head!! I just went to the feedback to see it for myself (I was hoping to yell at him for ordering a UK Crown from overseas & tell him to waste his time checking all the domestic emporiums), and came across not only the S&H CLEARLY stated in plain view for all to see, but also the following legalese disclaimer:

"......Therefore, if you feel the shipping charges for your multiple lots are excessive, please email me and I will check them out for a possible adjustment. International buyers will pay more for shipping depending on the final destination of the coin, but if you have any doubts, please contact me for shipping charges BEFORE you bid on an item.... "

CAN'T get any plainer than that!!!!

This idiot probably orders a quarter-pounder & then steps on a scale with it every time before eating just in the hope he'll come across an "underweight" one so he can go back and argue with the counterperson! MORON!!

No - it is actually from one of the 1970's underground cartoonists and poster artist named Rick Griffin.

Dan Yanker, I have blocked our charming Brit friend from my auctions as well, thank you for the heads-up!

Most British people are over polite if anything, this one seems to have a Frenchman somewhere in his bloodline.

You must have shipped the coin ONLY in the 2x2 with a stamp on it and the address written below the coin. Correct ? This clown said it only cost you $1.70 to ship it so obviously you did not put it in a mailer or anything else.
