Let's say your express 5 day crossover submission was received on Fri. A week later (5 days) a grader picks the submission up and realizes that if they cross the coin PCGS would have to cough up a voucher. Do they give it a automatic DNC?

Not that this really happends...

PCGS would never consider this--ever--- But all other TPG's would in a heartbeat.

More than likely the grader would not know what day the submission arrived or what day it was enterered into the system. So he would not know that it was already into the "Voucher" catagory.
