I am brand new to this part of the forum, and I thought I'd get people's opinions on what their preferences are for collecting the 50 state quarters?
I am looking at the US mint's website, and I see the 'greetings from america' portfolio series, but wonder if there are better options out there?

Yeah that Mint board is the best I have seen in a long time. Got two boards and a Dansco.

all of them in MS-63/4 with only a few higher or lower but they are all unc.
There are several varieties but I've yet to find one.
I don't know what you have been collecting but the quarters have been out for a while.........since 1999.........

I haven't bought any, but the silver quarters are in limited supply, or just they are expensive from the get go?

<< <i>I just bought my 2006 Clad ANNUAL MINT (10 coins) set online at the U.S. Mint. It just became available. They still have Clad and Silver proof sets of just the quarters available. So get the new ones, then start getting the older ones. >>
Do you have a link? I've searched the site but can't find this set.
Thanks everyone for your input.
