Jeff Isaac rejoined NGC about a month ago. He is an excellent grader.

Jeff was most recently a buyer for Spectrum Numismatics. Before that he was an east coast based major player in wholesale for many years.

I'm curious if people here think that changing grading personnel has a tangible effect on grade results, or if the incoming graders just conform to the overall grading philosophy that the tpg is operating under at the time.....
