Is ebay member walterscotth a board member?

I'm just curious. He must bid on every Ike auction on eBay and wins quite a few of them too. He must have one BIG Ike collection.

I think he is a member, and I have sold to him before. Very nice to deal with. And, yes, he must have a huge IKE collection.

A few years ago, it seemed like every Ike auction I was interested in he had already placed a bid on and held as high bidder through the auction. A few times the prices showed he was a serious Ike collector. After that, if I see his name, I look else where.


edit to clarify: serious in that he pays nice prices for a lot of common coins.

I'm pretty sure he's a member but only posts in the Registry forum under the name "Coindog." I've never seen him post anywhere else...

I just hate to see Walter's name show up on the list of bidders for any IKE dollar!

I sure wish he'd bid on my coins!
