Messed up PSA card ID's

I have two mislabeled PSA cards from my last 2 submissions and I've emailed PSA 'customer service' three times with no reply other than their automatic response that says they got my emails. Does anyone have a secret code or address or person I should contact to get these people to ok reholdering my cards with the right set identification?

The first is a tough issue - a W711-2 but it certainly does not look like a 1940 Playball as its labeled and my submission form correctly stated the right issue. The second is a pretty dumb mistake - an OPC Hockey series C August Marker which looks nothing like a OPC series E as they labeled it and its series is clearly printed on the back of the card and it was also correctly identified on my submission form. I'd post images but haven't been able to attach the images for some reason although the W711-2 can be seen on my HOF registry set - mark927s Baseball HOF Complete Set - its the Bill McKechnie....

Send them in with post its stuck to the front that state "mechanical error". Also include a copy of the original submission form with correct set listings. They will swap for free and pay return shipping. I'd write mechanical error on the outside of the box too. Or do it in person at a show they are grading at. Iam doing one in Chicago this weekend. Good luck with it.
