Two new Busties for the date set.

Both are from board members and both are exceptional coins. AU55's shouldnt necessarily be discredited when putting together an "AU58" set.

These are better than most 58's. The 1828 is has gorgeous second toning while the 1823 is, IMO, completely original. Feel free to argue AT on it...I'm ready for a fight.

I like them both, good additions to your set. I won't get involved in any AT/NT argument though. Nice coins.

That 28 is just a rainbow of color. The date area is very colorful. Very nice coin(s). The 28 has the Timber T's. (Large rev. T's) in States.

The 1828 is O-116, and the stars are normally flat in this marriage. On the reverse the banner is usually weak, as seen on this coin. This could just as easily be PCGS AU58, IF the luster is still strong. The detail certainly is strong enough. It fits right into your registry set.

The 1823 is O-103. It has more wear, and a weak stike for the marriage. Very pretty colors, and the luster appears strong. JMHO

2 nice looking coins you got there John. I think they are both showing secondary toning, but nice secondary toning.
