I hope the coin enjoyed its stay in Oregon. Now its headed back to Greece for Dimitri to enjoy again. I enjoyed owning the coin....

Yep, one of the very few coins for which I had seller's remorse. When I saw that Ken had listed it on ebay, I PMed him to get it along with a nice Eddie VII 3d, the latter comes with a wybrit pedigree I believe. The half farthing is yet another nice coin I got from Keith (1089 on ebay) a long time ago.

That coin came from 1089 ? Heck its been in Oregon twice and now Greece twice. Hopefully I will see Keith at a coin show again one of these days. The last two shows I have been to in Oregon he has not made a appearance. He and Jim Hanna tried to talk me into collecting World Coins about five years ago but I would have no part of it. They would be pleased that I have seen the Non Light.

The internet is amazing, hein? I just had a similar talk with Don, about a coin that originated from me, went through Buffalo and Sarasota, to end up a few blocks away from me recently again. Send Keith my best, I wish he could make it to Chicago too, I might even email him and ask him myself.
