Hey all,
Here is an interesting dime! image What do you think it could be? I'm no good at error coins.
Thanks a ton,

    How much does it weigh?
I've had great transactions with people like: drwstr123, CCC2010, AlanLastufka, Type2, Justlooking, zas107, StrikeOutXXX, 10point, 66Tbird, and many more!
  • Looks like a dug coin. Clad that's been buried will often have a reddish color after a partial cleaning.

  • I'll have to get it weighed tomorrow and then I'll post it.

  • Without seeing the edge, I think it's difficult to tell, but from the details visible, I'd say it looks corroded to me.
If you haven't noticed, I'm single and miserable and I've got four albums of bitching about it that I would offer as proof.

  • I'll get a photo or two of the edge up tomorrow morning!
I did look at the edge again and it's the same color as the coin.

IMO, the coin has been copper-plated, and
    is not a mint error........sorry.....

  • Well, I was able to get it weighed and here are the results... 2.21 Grams!
So, that for Sure says it's copper plated or something, correct?
    Thanks,

It's just stained a brown color.
