A caution on Lot number 1315 in tomorrow nights Teletrade auction

I was browsing the Washington's in tomorrows Teletrade auction when I came across this 51D. At least thats what the label says. If you look closely the coin is actually a 58D. The certification number also says it's a 51D. I wonder if there is a 58D holder out there somewhere that has a label for a 58D.
