Here is some news that ruined my day......

I am a big Tim Dwight collector, found out today that a little less than a month ago he was at a grand opening of a Menards store signing autos. The store is only about an hour away from me and he was there for two hours with a crowd of around 900 people, I probably missed the easiest chance I will ever have of getting an in-person auto.

Wow. 900 people in just 2 hours. What does that come to, about 6 seconds per auto?? The sit down and chat with Harmon would have been more enjoyable, but if you wanted Tim's auto badly enough, I'm sure 6 seconds would've been an experience. Heck, a bullrider has to stay on a long 8 seconds!

I am pretty sure there was a post about his likings in the past. I don't know if I agree with the stance but there was a post at some time.

Hello.........this is Iowa, do you know how many pro sports teams there are in Iowa? (it is not a trick question, the answer is zero) When any pro athlete comes through it is a big deal, especially when he grew up and played college football here.
  • Hello.........this is Iowa.............. The best thing in Iowa is still the Blackberry jellie at the State Fair! Nice people and lots of good Cardinal and Packer fans!!!!!image
