Dumb question.....how do you crack cards out of PSA holder..

safely?

I missed a couple with gum residue that came back with the ST qualifier.

they are worth resubmitting.

I use a small pointed screwdriver (looks like a mini ice pick) and try to push it between the slabs to the right side of the label. After a few twists, just score it down that side a few times and it starts to come apart. Just score the remaining sides and lift off the top slab. It takes me just minutes to do.
    Good luck,

Take a butter knife to the place at the top of the holder where the top half meets the bottom half.

I ( my wife actually ) uses a needle-nose plier with great result. She snips a corner and then opens up the plastic, usually with only a couple trys.

ive used a little pocketknife and just saw back and forth on an upper corner until it starts to frost, then just kinda wedge the tip of the knife in further pry gently, it'll come apart..

    Zef....

    Nice illustration.

I've only cracked a few, but the butter knife is the safest and easiest for me also.

I use jewler's screwdrivers for these. Work really well, but sometimes the holder can be stubborn. Some days the sealer seems to get them tighter than other days.

A putty knife works well, you can tap it with a hammer and be done in seconds.
