Kudos to PCGS customer service & DH

Not often do I get too bragg on TPG customer service, but I am today. I had submitted an economy submission into PCGS back on Jan 20. Knowing that these were not guranteed I knew it would be a while. Approx 45 days plus or minus per the current turn around time. This submission was for a customer of mine as well who elected to go this route. Well it approached 60 days and I was getting worried that it would not get back to me in time before I have to leave for a three week vacation. So I sent PCGS customer service as well as a CC to david hall explaining the situation this morning and they jumped right on it, got them graded and enroute back to me tommorow. Thanks PCGS for the quick responce and great service.
