Anyone Else Think That It's Conpletely Absurd That ALL Guaranteed Grading Times (i.e. Reg/Exp/Walk-T

So you have a valuable Morgan (or a group of them) & want to cross them over (AND are forced to pay $15 extra for the VAM attribution) & they can take 10 days for a walk-thru, 20 for an express, & 30 for a regular & you get nada, zero, zip, zilch, beans! image

I just had a 5 coin 15-day regular cross go 6 days late (even taking into account of the 2 sets of blackout times), paid basically $45 per coin PLUS shipping & I get NOTHING. Customer service simply said (even after 3 had previously said I'd get 5 free) that, "oh, you added variety attribution so all guarantees are void"! What a crock. Is this striving for excellence? Or taking the weasely way out?

Surely they can improve this ridiculous policy? Add 1-3 days to the guarantees, e.g.

    Maybe they have to send them to a specialist for attribution, which could add a lot of time.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Probably should be, once they are confident all the kinks are worked out. $15 a shot is
    certainly not cheap.
