You also add Variety Attribution to the order! 
So you have a valuable Morgan (or a group of them) & want to cross them over (AND are forced to pay $15 extra for the VAM attribution) & they can take 10 days for a walk-thru, 20 for an express, & 30 for a regular & you get nada, zero, zip, zilch, beans!
I just had a 5 coin 15-day regular cross go 6 days late (even taking into account of the 2 sets of blackout times), paid basically $45 per coin PLUS shipping & I get NOTHING. Customer service simply said (even after 3 had previously said I'd get 5 free) that, "oh, you added variety attribution so all guarantees are void"! What a crock. Is this striving for excellence? Or taking the weasely way out?
Surely they can improve this ridiculous policy? Add 1-3 days to the guarantees, e.g.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
