BB or ?

Will the dark edges from being in an old cardboard album send this back to me in a BB? If not, any ideas on grade? I hope my pics are getting better (thanks Mark Goodman).
New pic of obverse with "auto for detail" setting on camera...not sure if it's any better.

It looked like chocolate to me!

Can't tell if it was once cleaned from the photos. You need to work on sharpness. Toning appears natural.

The toning around the rim will not be a BB issue, but your fuzzy pics preclude any grade estimate.
