What is a rookie Greg Jefferies (Mets) card worth?

I was at my parents house over the weekend, and my mother said she found some old stuff of mine. One item was a paper bag and it had 3 opened packs of baseball cards, and one card in a hard plastic holder. The one in the holder was a Greg Jefferies card, and it is his rookie card from the Mets. I remember getting this card in a pack of cards that I bought, and one of my friends said it was valuable, so that is why I put it in the holder.
Does anyone know what the approximate value is? It is in great condition (like it was when it came out of the pack). I'm really curious, but I don't know where to look (I am a coin collector).
Thanks!!

Looking for Al Hrabosky and any OPC Dave Campbells (the ESPN guy)
<< <i>Funny you should bring him up. I found an old card album from my child collecting days recently. The second page had 6 Jefferies rookies. I had put it away back around '89 thinking that was my future. Of course, the first page had 6 Andy Benes rookies, so my prospecting skills have never been that sharp I guess. >>
