Login to my eBay and look at the left-hand column, there should be a link to "my messages". Look there, if the message is in that folder then it's from eBay. I really don't know why they don't just use an internal messaging system between members via my eBay so no emails go out at all ...

It's not there! And emails can be sent out by ebay or ebay members.

Perhaps this is a way for someone to get your password? I believe I'll report this to ebay instead of responding.

    Thank you Robert,

    Leo

It's a phishing scheme. I got a similar one today. The link to connect to Ebay is bogus and will send your ID and password to the phisherman. Delete it!

I get these scam emails and just delete them.
The URLs they have are usually in Korea or someplace.
