Anyone notice anything wrong with auctionsniper lately?

I do not seem to get any notification mails which is okay, but a there has been a new problem. I received a mail from auctionsniper (it was authentic as I checked the headers and the source from which it came and matched the other auctionsniper mail source) saying that one of my snipes had been outbid. It also showed an item heading of some "Suzuki brake calipers"! I logged in auctionsniper and checked and found that the item had ended, but checking on ebay it had not! I immediately send a mail to customer support and hopefully they would try to fix some bug in their system.

Till now I did not have a single missed snipe and no irritants except the email problem I mentioned. Please check whether some of you guys also have similar issues or else would miss on some snipes.
