Looking for card makers ???

I'm looking for someone to make me 15 to 20 sets of cards for our minor hockey team. I'm thinking there will be up to 30 cards in each set. I'd like to get real nice cards, not printed on regular paper but more like a real card.

Thanks for looking at the thread, Trent.

  • It'll run you $18.99 for 18 cards but Upper Deck does personalized cards that you can create yourself. image

  • Knuckles is a member here who does fantastic work with autograph cards.

I don't know if he does this kind of thing but it couldn't hurt to ask him

Thanks guys, I think I will give Knuckles a pm to check on that. I've also been reading good things about his work.

    Thanks again, Trent.
  • Who are the old guys standing around on the ice!?

The old guys are the Coaches, Head, 2 assistants, goalie Coach andthe team Manager.

They won the Alberta Provincial B Championship last weekend. Our team has beat AAA, AA and A division teams in league play, they really pack the gear.

Sorry but I can't control myself here....
I'm so proud of my kid, he suffered a cracked rib, concusion, 7 stitches to the chin and looked like he'd been wipped by a Koreon canning squad, lol.

Garret (Knuckles) and Keith (Con40) are the best I've seen- either's work surpasses what the card companies are putting up, IMO.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

    I agree with Griffins...

I have seen scans of some of Garret (Knuckles) work on auto cards and it looks great. His work is superior to those of major card companies. His autos actually fit in the box and aren't cut-off, like some of the new auto cards that are just slapped together with no ryme or reason. As far as Keith (Con40) goes I have seen some of his work personally that he did for a show that I attended. The card companies wish they had someone designing their new retro cards with Keith's caliber. Designing a card is not just slapping pictures together with print shop, but making sure the player picture and the background are representative of the era that your trying to achieve.
