Anyone know who "Happy Rock" is? (Found him, Thanks)

in PCGS Set Registry Forum

They had a number of registry sets, both dark and light side, but now I see they are only showing several. I was interested in some coins if they were breaking up the other sets. Anyone know who they are?

    Thanks grip..I made this as a gesture when years ago I hung out in a chat world called VP, (virtual Places)
    The picture was taken from an cd album cover and I decided to antimate it. It's a bit longer that what shows here, since I cut out parts of it. The music that plays with it is Slow Ride, by Foghat, but you won't hear the music on the forum.
