Another dishonest seller and a misleading auction

This stuff really burns my A$$.....check out this auction. The seller is claiming this 84 donruss set to include a PSA 9 Mattingly, and provides a terrible scan to mislead potential buyers....if you look closely the Mattingly is actually a PSA 9 oc.
