...someone or some people might be putting out a new coffee-table type book primarily based on beautifully toned early Commemorative coins. Does anyone know anything about this in any way, shape, or form?

No, you're wrong. Kramer was going to create a coffee table book about coffee tables, that had folding legs on it to turn it into a mini coffee table.
