VAM Guys - Need Your Help Again With A Little Project To Get The Info PCGS Seems Unable To Share

I've been trying to get the PCGS No's for VAM's in PL & DMPL. So far it has been a search of registry sets & trial & error on the pop report number lookup. PCGS customer service reps say the only numbers they have are the ones they list in regards to the VAM's they now attibute - none of which include either PL or DMPL PCGS No's.
I guess if I made enough noise & perhaps e-mailed David or BJ someone would find the list they obviously have but if you guys can help in the meantime it would be appreciated. I'll regularly update the list in the link below until PCGS makes it more (i.e. easily) accessible.
