Time to Dip... What's the secret?

I am planning to dip a hazy 1967 SMS Kennedy with diluted ms70, then rinse it with isopropyl alcohol, then rinse with distilled water and blow dry. Any tips for dipping a coin like this? Maybe I should just sell it to Russ for $1.00 and get 2x face value.

    1) The term "dip" is used in reference to mild acid solutions; MS70 is not a dip.
    2) Use it full strengh; you may want to soak the coin in a bowl of MS70 for an hour.
    3) When finished, rinse with water and then let it soak in water for an hour.
    4) It may not help.

  • Does MS70 work on copper coins or just silver?

    Thanks

MS70 can be good for copper, but you have to be careful, because the coins can come out looking more pinkish...

Be really careful with MS70 on copper.
I would never use it on copper.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
