This one has been up before. The cert lookup used to say Honus but PSA removed it from the database entirely last time it was offered. It is what is known as a "mechanical error" and while not uncommon, this is probably the highest profile one.

Jeesh since I found this site I really need to reconsider PSAs accuracy. This + the dreaded 314 grader + getting different grades when resubmitting cards = WTF??!?
The 314 grader is a myth- there was a post proving it wasn't just one guy that grades with that serial number. I've had liberal grades with 314 certs lately as well. Grading is subjective but overall they are fairly consistant. Grade 9 million cards and some goofs are going to slip thru. The only person I rely on to be perfect everytime is the pilot of the plane I'm in- I can live with minor mistakes like this. All comes down to the same basic rule- buy the card, not the holder.

Good gawd! Joe O (or somebody), buy this damn card and get it off the market! PSA's penchant for messing up labels is not only irritating, but it ultimately undermines the credibility of the overall operation. And this, of course, might be the most egregious example of the company's occasionally shoddy service.
I just won and received a 94 Topps Finest basketball lottery prize test refractor psa 10. After receiving the card and looking at it under light I can't see any hint of it being a refractor. I guess it was submitted as a regular card, but psa labeled it as a refractor. Its the only psa10 for that set of tst refractors
good point about whether the heinie card is real. just a mix-up by some at PSA. The buyer is going to know its' not the Honus Wagner, they should just submit it again and move on.
PSA is pretty good with customer service, usually.
Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

What is it's value since it is the "bast*rd child" of PSA now with no cert. listing?
For the love of the game
And the cards that go with it
T206's are always being bought.
