Is this Kennedy a Satin Finish coin?

    I would say no. I think they are using a scan instead of a picture on the auction.

    I picked up two NGC MS68's on eBay, one for $35 and the other for $43.50. Here is a picture of one of them, (poor pictures) the coins have the gloss finish not the dull satin finish. Look at the serial numbers of the NGC slabs, I think they were the same batch.

  • I don't know... scanners don't always accurately portray the surfaces of a coin, and it really almost looks like the picture has been played with...
