Print mark? '64 Topps Tony C rookie

I just acquired a very nice raw '64 Tony Conigliaro RC (#287). it has a small blue print 'slash' across Spanswick's upper sleeve. I checked my own set and it also has the mark. Does anyone know if this mark is common to ALL of the cards printed and how PSA handles it if so?

    As far as I can tell that print mark runs about 50/50, maybe a bit heavier towards the mark. I have no idea how PSA would handle it as I will only buy and sell the non-print mark cards. I have passed on some very nice raw examples with the print mark. Sorry that I couldn't be more helpfull, but at least it's a start.

    Iam not sure if it is on all of the Tony C cards,but my guesss is that it would be.I have a 69 topps supper of Brooks Robinson with a print mark in the upper left sky-It graded a 8,and I have seen 9s and 10s with the same mark. Hope this helps Scott
