How common are rotated reverses on proof Jeffersons?

I listed a 1968 Jefferson proof on eBay and saw the reverse was rotated 10 degrees to the left.

Now, I was listing a 1970 Jefferson proof and notice the reverse was rotated by 10 degrees to the left. I thought I had already listed the rotated coin, but now I see I have two.

I had about 10 nickels in a submission and 2 of then 10 have rotated reverses.

I have 18 of the 1956-d rotated about 20 degrees. I don't know what they are worth though, sorry

The nice people on eBay don't think they're worth much, but I thought it was weird to see one, and then another one from 2 years apart.

Somebody at the Jefferson factory isn't paying attention!
