I tried using the codes but was unable to redeem them on a recent purchase! Dang, I coulda used it.

I used C-MARCH2006CAT today and it worked. However, you have to have received an email from Ebay for it to work and it will only work with a Paypal acct linked to that Ebay ID. I have 2 Paypal accts (left over from the Personal and Premier days) At first I tried to use the Premier acct, which is not linked to my Ebay ID, but had a cash balance. I couldn't do it. I had to use my other acct which is linked to my Ebay ID.

I was able to use the 10% off - max $25 coupon and snagged a PCGS 64 Saint Sunday out of Legend's junk box. I did get a message from E-Bay with the 3 coupons, and had to use my Paypal login to make it work. And I was also able to use a rebate credit card to pay the balance due.

I tried to use the shipping discount and i got this message:

"To use a Coupon, you must click back twice and click on the Fill in Form button to verify the amounts of this transaction."

Does anyone know what that means? You cannot push the "back" button in Paypal... there is no "back" button.

would not work for me, and I tried with 2 different auctions- sent message to ebay and paypal- the CAT is if you go to paypal's catalog and make a purchase- this was what they sent back to me.
Piss on paypal and ebay.

eBay got smart since Christmas for the coupons are only working on some paypal accounts. When I posted them I figure they would work on all paypal accounts (like Christmas). Sorry, I guess ebay lost some money at Christmas

I used the march 10% off one today on a $127.50 purchase today. It worked on the hammer price. It didnt discount the postage/insurance.

The C-MARCH2006CAT worked fine for me on a Baseball Card Set I bought today, and the CPPEBAY03 worked GREAT on another set I just stole on E-Bay. Don't know if anybody really knows how much the set is worth, but based on my total price and the number of cards, this HAS to be a steal. Nice Theft. I used the CPPEBAY03 code and the total price was only like $3.00 including shipping.

So thanks for the CPPEBAY03 code. I didn't know of that one before.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone with PayPal today to get them to allow the 10% ANNIV coupon.

They said my PayPal account wasn't eligible, but I explained that eBay mailed me a catalog saying I was (it actually says to check your My Messages for the coupon code, which they never sent)

I called paypal and they said the item has to be something from the March catalog. So how are you guys getting it to work for coins?

eBay sent out a catalog in March and it said to read your MyMessages for your coupon codes.

If you are a regular user of PayPal, you're probably not eligible since they already have your business.

I had to ask to speak to a supervisior to get them to turn on the coupons for my account.

After reading this thread I signed up with ebay to receive notice of their promotions. Here we are four months later, and all I got from singing up with ebay was junk solicitations, no discount coupons. Might just as well get off their junk mail list.
