Some Fake 2002 1oz silver pandas with Double Die error are appearing in the U.S. coin market. NGC verified the existance of reproductions. Some are appearing on eBay.

    if you could counterfeit it from base metal with just a thin coating of silver, it could be a very profitable endeavor.
