    Dennis: Many of the "regular holder" "submittors of yesteryear are now sending their coins in bulk. And, some bulk guys are now trying regular service as well as the conventional wisdom is that bulk for the past year on MS coins has been brutally tough (heck, last time I ran into Datentype at PCGS, we jointly agreed on that!). Reality is it is tough to slab high end MS coins at PCGS from the 1970-date regardless of service IMHO. image
