Not only did he give me a sweet TO jersey card, he also sent me a dozen Troy Aikman Chronicles cards. The Owens is perfect and so are the Aikmans.

Funny story about the Aikman Chronicles. A few years ago my uncle called me up in the middle of the night because he had come across an 'incredible' deal on cards. It was called a blue chip box on Shop At Home. He bought two of them for me. Sure enough Don West got his hooks in my uncle. The boxes came and lo and behold, there were a bunch of oversized cards, a Ripken UD 5 X7 card, a Jordan Whitesox 5 X7 card Auravision records and the Aikman Chronicles. I didn't know what to do with them other then leave them in the blue chip box, which coincidently was repackaged as once you peeled the 'blue chip box' label off, it was a 'cardstravangaza' box.

I figured I'd give ya the chronicles as they were collecting dust and I'm sure you could provide a better home for them.

Just use the recolored 71's you sent in-- they'll work fine.

I received my cards from onlyanumber today. From the number of responses to his original post, I think this should be his "tribute" thread! I know I am thrilled at getting the 2 cards he sent. I asked for anything Texas Rangers - and I got 2 of my favorite players.
