A small chance. My experience has been that they are crafty at using blackout dates, real or perceived, to weasel out of them. Bonne chance!

Here's something weird. They started the guarantee April 1, 2003. I had a two coin Regular go in toward the end of March, so it technically wasn't eligible. It did go well beyond the 15 business days, though. A year later a $60 check showed up in the mail.
